There's no rain at camp, only heavy dew! In the event you do have come indoors or under shelter, here are some rainy day games or indoor games that will keep your campers engaged. Before you read the activities, we have a few tips:
-Save some activities ONLY for rainy days or indoor time. For example, we save FFEACH (one of our favorites) for rainy days so the campers look forward to a bit of rain.
-Make yourself a rainy day kit that you only use on rainy days. Special card decks, balloons, string for bracelets, etc. Prepare it in the summer and you will thank yourself later!
-Get appropriate rain gear. While a garbage bag raincoat will do for a while, nothing is worse than being cold and damp all day, no matter how you fake it.
Now, onto the rainy day or indoor camp activities!
