Objective
Description
A Native American game, helping develop strength and agility.
A ÛÏbuffalo robeÛ, such as a blanket or poncho is spread out on the ground. Members of the group hold hand in a circle around the robe.
The object is to get others to step on the robe or lose their grip.
Anyone touching the robe is out and becomes a referee. If there is a break in the circle, players on each side of the break are out, regardless of whose fault it was. The circle continues to get smaller until the last one is the winner.
Depending on how big your robe is, you may have to fold it up a bit as the circle gets tighter in order to keep play going. Just keep an eye on everyone so the game stays fun and injury free!
